Since my parents do not use the Google platform, they asked me to post this review on their behalf:
“After a hail storm last May, we chose Ridge Top Exteriors to replace our damaged roof.
After the storm, Alex Christofilos, a Ridge Top Insurance Specialist, inspected our roof and documented the damage. His overall building knowledge and professionalism was instrumental in getting our insurance claim approved. After first being rejected by our insurance, Alex’s ability to communicate the extent of the material damage and his experience in the claims process led to the insurance company doing a second inspection and a claim approval.
Choosing a new roof is stressful; the aesthetics are especially important and the impact on the home’s resale value are key considerations. We were very impressed by the Ridge Top product representative who helped us pick a roof that we would love. Ridge Top customer representative Dean Christofilos guided us through this process, explaining our options and helping us pick the roofing materials for Ridge Top’s GAF President’s Club transferrable, non-prorated 50 year material and 40 year craftsmanship warranty coverage.
Where the rubber meets the road is the installation of the new roof. Here is where our Field Manager Mike Chamberlain and his crew hit it out of the park. Mike was professional, attentive to our concerns, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The workmanship exceeded our expectations. A shout out to Alfredo, Alex (the lead installer), Greg (who installed our copper chimney flashing) and all the others who worked so hard and with such pride in their craftsmanship giving us a roof that is exceptionally pleasing to look at and which will protect our home for decades to come. Based on our personal experiences from initial inspection to completed install, we can recommend Ridge Top Exteriors without reservations.”

My new facia soffit looks great. I was told to go with Ridge Top and I am glad I did. Tony was curiosity and professional. He walked around the property with me answering all my questions. Very happy with everything.

Ridge Top Exteriors wrapped my house windows and the fascia on the garage. From the beginning (signing contract) through completion of the project, all contacts from every level of the company were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Communication was exceptional! The on-site Siding Field Manager Sid Seehawer was very attentive to the project and his knowledge of the trade was clearly evident during the entire process. I could not be happier with the project from beginning to end! Thank you to Sid for making this project a success!

My home is in a historic district and had some special challenges, so I am very pleased that I chose Ridge Top for my new roof! The crew worked efficiently and well together and did an excellent job despite some surprises, such as 4 layers of shingles, including the original layer when the house was first built in 1928. There was good communication from the crew lead, so I was always kept well informed as the job progressed. My one suggestion to others is to protect any desirable plants near your house yourself before the crew starts (this was not an issue for me). I highly recommend RidgeTop for a quality roofing job!
