The collaboration with the Ridge Top Team continues. Our latest project with them was to reside our 120 YO vintage house in Algoma, WI , a small town on Lake Michigan known for having 4 season in a day. The siding on the house was original and in bad shape. Justin Larsen, our Account Rep, introduced us to Alside Ascend - a truly durable and great looking product. We had the "A" Team of Jon Rach and Sid Seehawer leading the installation team working through sub-zero temps, gale force winds, and a blizzard to complete the job. The finished work was transformative - take a look at the attached pictures or come by the property next time you are visiting Algoma to see for yourself. This house is in the heart of the town and right next to the famous Caffe Tlazo on 4th Street. Grab some coffee there and enjoy the art of the possible when it comes to the benefits of residing your home.

My experience from start with the quote process to the end of having the new roof put on was professional, efficient, and delivered as promised. There was a one day delay due to a snowfall however the crew started the next morning at 7am with the wind and cold temperatures and did not leave until after 7pm with the roof completed and clean up done as best they could with snow on the ground. The roof looks great. I would definitely recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. Albert and crew definitely represented well. Thank you.

Extremely pleased with the new siding job done on our home at 2040 White Wolf Lane in Kaukauna. Super courteous crew. They did a great clean up after the work was completed. ADDITION TO MY ORIGINAL POST After the siding crew finished, I told Expediter, Leroy Stephenson the crew did not have to reinstall my exterior garage lights because I was going to get new ones and would install them myself. I forgot I has having surgery on my wrist the following week and it would have been several months before I would be able to it. I also noticed the color of the old lights matched perfectly and decided not to replace them. I contacted Ridge top and asked if they could have someone return and put up the old lights. Sidney Seehawer called later that day and told me he would be here the following Friday. I want to give a big shout out about Sidney. He was outstanding. He was timely, extremely courteous and very professional as he went about his job. Sidney, your "THE MAN". Thanks for the great job, the lights look great.

Our 1940 home had aluminum siding that was peeling and faded, and a recent addition had wood siding that constantly needed re-painting. Sid and his team came and did an AMAZING job updating our insulation and siding, making our house look better than. It has in decades. Sid went above and beyond when we were working to match the extension so the flow of the siding matched all the way around the house. Absolutely recommend Ridgetop for siding!

My husband and I have been looking for new windows for our condo unit for over a year now. This is our first home and we were first time window shoppers. We had been exploring with many different companies throughout the Fox Valley and comparing prices, reviews, and the efficiency of the window products that were offered. We came across RidgeTop through a billboard and after a review of their site and reviews, decided to give them a call. They came out right away with a sales man named Dan. We had expected the whole sit down for an hour to two hours when it came down to window sales and why we should go with them, but no, not Dan here. Dan caught us off guard by being upfront, quick, and honest with us. He was maybe at our home for 45 minutes to an hour tops to measure, type up a quote, and then present it to us. It was right in our budget for 5 brand new windows and unlike the other contractors in the area, we felt the price was reasonable. They had many payment plan options available and we went with the plan that fit our budget the best. Around 8 weeks later, the crew came out and installed our windows. It was supposed to be a full day job, but turned into a day and a half due to the weather, which we didn't mind, as it assured us that they weren't rushing our project. Our team made up of Matt, Tim, and Tyler wanted to get the job done right. They were courteous of our property and cleaned up both inside and outside once they were finished. I would recommend and have been recommending Ridgetop to all my friends and family in the area who are currently looking into new windows. We couldn't be happier with our new windows and the services provided. Thank you RidgeTop!

From tip to tail….great communication and service. Old roof off, minor (old) damaged osb sheets replaced, new shingles on….all in 6.5 hours! Crew cleaned yard to a spotless condition, and the new roof looks wonderful! Highly recommend Ridge Top!

We had a very large project and pretty late in the year. The crew worked fast safe in some very bad weather Sid Seehawer the field manager was just awesome he went way above and beyond what I was expecting. I did not think that siding would make much difference being our house is a 1930’s school house that has been added to over the years but wow looks like a new house could not be happier. The price was not the lowest I got, but not the highest either. It is a nice feeling to know that I won’t have much if any maintenance to do on the outside for the foreseeable future. I would highly recommend the crew at ridge top. Mike.

Awesome service from Ridge Top! I needed a new roof and Mitch was extremely helpful throughout the whole process from inspection, color selection, and scheduling, and seeing the job to completion. Had replacement of 3 very large picture windows quoted by Ridge Top, Their price was 1/3 renewal by Andersen, that's right 30% of the cost!! Quality well built Pella windows. Tyler came out with his crew, they were courteous, careful and respectful of our space and did an excellent high quality job. As an Engineer and son of a Carpenter I recognize Quality work and I was impressed from start to finish. All scrap and waste was removed and the upgrade to our spaces is amazing. I'd highly recommend having them out and getting a quote. You'll be happy you did too! ...and don't bother with the renewal place, complete waste of time, unless you've got money to burn.

Koty did a great job going through the options for our roof replacement and he answered all of our questions. He didn't try to push anything on us, he was just very helpful! John was great with communicating the initial schedule plans up to the roofing day and then Albert took over the communication. Albert was in contact with us the entire project, he sent updates and pictures. Albert then met us after the project was complete and walked us through everything. The roof turned out great and we are very happy with the results. A big thank you to the team!

A totally positive experience. The project manager, expeditor and roofing crew were easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We are very happy with our roof and the whole experience with Ridgetop Exteriors. 2 years later found out they replaced our hail damaged gutter toppers with an inferior product (Leaf Free) which clogged up and made gutters overflow. Charged us to replace with another product even though these were under warranty for 7 years. Very poor PR specially since they were compensated by insurance over a $1000 more to replace what the original install cost was. So disappointed.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Big shout out to Ridge Top Exteriors for the great job they did on our roof. It’s over 2000 sq ft with at least 6 gables. They started at 7 am and are done already at 5 pm. I expected it would take at least 2 days. Impressed how they protected windows and doors so there was no damage. Very polite group of very hard workers. I highly recommend Ridge Top.
