Robert, Kevin, and Ridgetop did a good job of guiding us through the whole claims process and the process to get the work done. Kevin also was communicative with us advising us as to when things would be appearing and crews showing up. Then Kevin on his walk through spotted things needing to be addressed including further cleanup and other things regarding the actual work. Also the work crews were polite and worked with us to minimize disruption to our routines. Our house after the repairs looks even better than it did when it was brand new! John was very thorough during final inspection. Noticed a few things that he took care of himself, having to go onto the roof to fix.
The whole team that I delt with was professional and nice they've keep me inform from the beginning and to the end my project. They did a very good job installing my porch roof and cleaned up afterwards .I would recommend them.

Ridge top was super easy to deal with and very responsive.
Overall, our experience went well. We had our roof, siding and gutters replaced due to hail damage. Ridge Top (Ryan) was very patient with our insurance company and followed up with them (and us) often to keep us in the loop. Materials were ordered right away (and stored by Ridge Top) but we had to wait a couple of months for insurance to approve everything before the work could start. (The work was initially approved by insurance, and then a different claims adjuster took over our claim and we basically had to start from scratch). The roof was installed in one day. The workers were very quick. Although they took a lot of precautions to catch nails on a drop cloth, we did still find quite a few nails in our lawn and on our patio after the work was complete. The siding was installed about 2 months later. The finished product looks great and exactly how we envisioned it. This siding install took 3-4 days including the tear off. Once the siding was complete, the gutters were installed within a week and took 1-2 days. Each day, the crew cleaned up their materials and stored them nicely in the driveway. They also secured everything nicely so that nothing would blow away in high winds. There was a miscommunication about our screen door. It was accidently removed by the siding crew and wasn't rehung initially. When they came back to install it, it wouldn't latch, so it had to be rehung again which took a couple of weeks. It still isn't perfect, but it's better than it was. Ryan, our sales guy, was great to work with. He is still working with our insurance company to ensure we are compensated for the damage that was sustained by hail. Antonio was also great to work with and was very responsive and worked around our schedule to stop over after hours to access the initial screen door install. Overall, we're happy with the work that was done and appreciated the communication as the project progressed.
After substantial hail damage, Ridge Top Exteriors replaced our roof, siding, gutters, and facia. We also elected to replace the windows at that time. The installation was professionally done and of recent quality. The crew foremen maintained great communication and any issues were quickly rectified. Would definitely refer them to friends and neighbors

Project was to replace the existing asphalt roof. Crew arrived on time. Started to rip the old roof off and found 4 layers of old shingles up there. This caused extra time for the removal. Cleaned up debris and laid new roof. What should have been one day job for 7 guys took two whole days to complete. The guys were amazing and worked pretty much non-stop for the 19 hours spent. Happy with the finished product. There were a few small issues that Ridgetop took care of without complaint or extra charges. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
